I’m currently working on a contract with London-based product studio Ustwo. I came on board in March 2020, just as the world was turned upside down by the Covid-19 pandemic. This project has been one of my most extensive Design System builds to date, allowing me to put my experience to the test. I’ve been lucky enough to have remained with the team for many years as the project continues to grow, remaining challenging and interesting due to the ever-evolving needs of their users.

My current role involves the planning and strategy of the roadmap, leading a team of four senior designers and one junior, collaborating closely with the agency and client-side development and QA teams and ensuring the Design systems’ growth and success throughout the business through regular presentations, education sessions and stakeholder engagement.
